The Jessie Hall Hemispherectomy Scholarship

As the Hall family was going through this experience, their family, friends and community wanted so desperately to show them support. What can you do when someone you care so deeply for, is going through such a traumatic event? You feel helpless.

Many friends decided to fundraise in an effort to help with the obvious medical bills. Because of the overwhelming support received on behalf of Jessie, Kristi wanted to share that same joy and provide other children who have had hemispherectomies with the advantage of a scholarship. Being a graduate of Texas Tech University and a scientist at Alcon Labs for nearly 20 years, Kristi recognizes the value of education and wanted to fund a scholarship so these children could have recognition and assistance.

Please note that every penny donated to this scholarship will be received by a child who has had a hemishperectomy. There are no overhead expenses for this scholarship, as all services have been generously donated. All donations are fully tax deductible.
